Directions from Viator was that you should send messages to local tour provider on the Viator app which I did. One of these problems was major & almost ended up with me missing in Monterosso the gathering spot to take the train back to bus pickup. Our tour guide had not given out her phone number so I could call her to get info about the correct spot. “The travel guide is more of a travel companion that is familiar with the area, but we were ok with that. The transport was with a fairly new and comfortable bus, and although the trip from Milan took 3 hours (with one 10 min. stop) it was worth it. Be aware that although the guide has train tickets for everyone, they do not include use of bathrooms at the stations in the Cinque Terre, so you have to pay if you need to use it.
