“For the bad .. That there is walking involved. If you have mobility issues or can't walk for a distance this isn't for you. Tour people need to have proper pickup points. We had to wait in a sketchy part of Milan at 6am. They should've had one local point to meet for all passengers like at Milano Visitor Center where Zani business is at. Don't have to meet at 6am as we didn't leave for the actual tour until after 8am. Waste of time. There were people complaining once on the train because we have ability to open the window to take pics/ video but there were some saying…”

“Fantastic tour to see Lake Como and Lugano with no stress. The tour includes all transportation from the trains to boat ride. Oleg was an amazing tour guide giving the history of all the places we saw and recommending great local eateries. The tour begins from Milan station where you take a 40 min train to Lake Como. After about 30 mins you get on a boat for a 40 min tour around the lake seeing the famous villas, and even getting off for a quick 20 min walking stop at one of the villages. After you return you have over an hour to eat, shop, and walk around before…”

“Our guide Monica and the bus driver Alphonso were really great! The only issue we had was the sound system on the bus which didn’t seem to work properly. Also, things were a bit disorganised at the meeting point and we left more than 15 minutes late. Perhaps, that cost us a little more time to spend in Tirano before boarding the train.”

“This is a long day but perfect if you are short on time and want to see as much as possible! It involved a whole lot of walking on cobblestone streets and stairs. Tour guide knew her way around but sometimes moved very quickly and even lost some of the group for awhile and we had to call her and have her come back and get us. Then we had to move very fast and barely caught our train back home! Be sure to get tour guides phone number just in case you get lost!”

We (friends) purchased this trip for 199€ each, group of 5, so we paid a pretty penny for it.
