Everyone, including our guide Debbie, was very patient with us with the stroller, up and down stairs etc and when she got hungry and needed a drink, no one got annoyed which was great. The only negative would be the headsets we were given, my sons did not work, the batteries in my daughter in laws, went flat during the tour, and I had trouble keeping mine on my ear ( I have small ears ).
