“I loved the value for the money. We used the pass for as many of the attractions as we could. My only concern or complaint was the QR codes for the transportation. While I understand one has to scan in and out, refreshing the code for each scan was not easy and held up the lines. If the QR code can be assigned for each customer and kept for the duration of the pass, that would be better than refreshing each on each ride/turnstile use.”

“It was good and nice to have everything in one place. I see only two disadvantages: I needed to pick up the pass by myself in the city and in every place I needed to change it to the ticket. The second thing wasn't as annoying as it was in March but in the tourist season, it can be frustrating to stand in the queue. Besides that, it was a good deal and I don't regret it.”

“We were lead to believe that when the driver picked us up at the airport, he would have all of the documents and passes with him. The driver had nothing with him, and informed us that we would have to go to the Main office to pickup the documents. So instead of starting our sightseeing in Milan with our various passes, we had to discovery the most direct mode of transportation roundtrip via taxicab to reach the vendor so that we could obtain our documents. Which result in a lost day of sightseeing and a big dent in our sightseeing budget. I would truly hesitate before buying another Viator tour,…”
