“Exceptional tour on the Duomo & from the rooftop despite the number of people on the roof. The guide was very knowledgeable & worked hard to keep the group together. Would recommend the tour as we had prior access into the church and rooftop over the visitors that purchase their ticket at the door. The extra cost if definitely worth it.”

I called up the tour coordinator to inform that I will reach with few mins of delay and they accommodated me.
